Our new project, “3 Faces”, owes its name to the unique characteristic of the plot, which opens up to three street fronts, creating a building with a strong sense of brightness and openness towards the city.

“3 Faces” is a contemporary residential building at Alsoupoleos 17 in Nea Ionia, designed around the unique feature of its three street fronts, which allow light, openness, and visual connection to the city. Located in a particularly interesting and well-connected part of Athens, near the OAKA Olympic Complex and major transport links, it combines the calm of a neighborhood setting with proximity to key urban destinations. The building comprises seven apartments — three one-bedroom, two two-bedroom, and two three-bedroom units — arranged across two levels above a pilotis and basement. With clean geometry, natural light from multiple orientations, it offers a balanced blend of modern aesthetics, functionality, and urban comfort.
