Fotis holds a Bachelor of Engineering from the University of Bradford, a Master of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of Brighton and also a Master of Science in Analysis and Design of Earthquake Resist Structures from the National Technical University of Athens.
He is also certified as building controller and as expert for Analysis, Evaluation and Application of Structural Repair and Protection Methods according to EN 1504(EN ISO 17024) and a member of the Technical Chamber of Greece.
